Russ Lindsay, founder of The Talent Bank, co-founded James Grant Media Group in 1984 with Radio One DJ and TV personality, Peter Powell, using their middle names as the title, and spent over 25 years at the helm. Russ has managed many of the top UK television personalities including Phillip Schofield, Ant & Dec, Simon Cowell, Holly Willoughby, Richard & Judy, Davina McCall and Stephen Mulhern.
